Adjusting to parenthood can be an uncertain and isolating experience to navigate, especially if you do not know where to turn for support. Creating a positive support network can reduce the challenges and stressors associated with adjusting to parenthood. Mother May I is a Saskatchewan based non-profit organization that offers supports to new parents with the complex adjustment to motherhood.
