Kids Help Phone provides free multilingual and confidential mental health services for youth across Canada, 24/7. Youth can access Kids Help Phone to learn about mental health, build skills through games and activities, connect with other youth, get immediate crisis support, access professional counseling, referrals, and trustworthy resources, or search for in-person or virtual well-being supports available nearest their community (Kids Help Phone, n.d.).

Youth can connect with Kids Help Phone by:

• Texting 686868 or message online to connect with a trained, volunteer crisis responder

• Calling 1-800-668-6868 (using a landline, cellphone or VoIP service on a computer) to contact a professional counsellor
