Losing a child at any gestation or age is incredibly painful for parents and family members. To help navigate this journey, Empty Arms supports Saskatchewan moms and families experiencing miscarriages, stillbirths, difficult diagnosis, induction for medical reasons, carrying fatal diagnoses to term, neonatal death, and death of children between birth and 17 years of age (Empty Arms, n.d.). Empty Arms is a non-profit organization that offers free services, such as certified birth and bereavement companions, maternity and/or newborn photography, CuddleCot TM, lactation consultation, and memory making options to Saskatoon and area families (Empty Arms, n.d). Empty Arms provides free in-person and online support groups with registration on a first-come, first serve basis.

Empty Arms offers monthly in-person support groups in Saskatoon for parents navigating:

• The loss of their baby.
• The loss of their child from birth to 17 years of age.
• Early pregnancy loss.

Empty Arms provides online support groups for:

• First trimester loss.
• Saskatchewan moms who have experienced death of a child at any age or gestation.
• Grandparents of babies lost to miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal death.
• Baby loss moms who are pregnant again or who are parenting surviving/subsequent children.
• Men who have experienced loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.
