Habits are an important aspect of our routines and help us to create structure in our lives (Saskatchewan Prevention Institute, n.d.). Establishing healthy habits in our routine promotes wellness for the whole family as children will observe these habits and learn healthy behaviors (Saskatchewan Prevention Institute, n.d.). It can become overwhelming when considering how to incorporate healthy habits into your home.
