Western Development Museums [WDM] have locations in North Battleford, Saskatoon, Yorkton, and Moose Jaw. Each museum offers unique artifacts, exhibits, and events, and each focuses on different aspects of Saskatchewan history – transportation in Moose Jaw, farm and rural life in North Battleford, 1910 Boomtown and innovation in Saskatoon and stories of immigration in Yorkton. WDM is the largest human history museum in Saskatchewan with over 80,000 artifacts – making it a great place for families to learn and explore.

There are many ways people can get involved, one way is by visiting the WDM website and clicking on the “At Home Activities” tab (there are coloring pages, connect the dots, and spot the difference for the whole family to enjoy). Other opportunities include pop in and play, virtual coffee club, reminiscence kits, and adult courses. People can purchase a membership (that comes with added perks) or pay a small admission.
